Pronet clients now have full access to their own personalized communications interface with dedicated Pronet consultants using the Pronet Client Interface (Pronet CI) website.

    Pronet CI is designed to manage your projects and cases from start to finish.  You can always look up your case online to check up on its status or post your own notes to the case.
  • Advanced Notifications
    When you submit or respond to a case, you will be notified via email of the successful posting into the website queue. In the same way, Pronet consultants are contacted via email when you submit your request. Topping off the communication effort is the built in power of mobile communications as the system also sends your posting to your dedicated consultant's mobile device.
